You have the right to cancel your Gift Card purchase within 14 days from your order date, with no explanation required and no additional costs. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method according to legal timeframes.
Essential conditions:
The Gift Card must not have been used (not even partially)
No bookings must be associated with it in our systems
The request must be made by the original buyer, not by the gift recipient

Important notes:
Cancellation deadline: after 14 days you cannot cancel
Your Gift Card expires 6 months from the purchase date
