All Laqua Collection Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Days when facilities are closed
seasonally are not counted in this time frame.

Each Gift Card is valid for 6 months. After the voucher expires, it will no longer be possible to renew its validity. We remind you that in case of cancellation within 3 days from the date of arrival for Gift Cards dedicated to stays, they will no longer be usable. However, Gift Cards dedicated to
restaurant will no longer be usable if cancelled within 2 days.

Gift Cards that include stay and restaurant experience are usable
for dinner service, while those solely dedicated to the restaurant are
usable for weekday lunch service. View the “terms and conditions” page of each Gift Card to know in detail the days of use.

Certainly, Gift Cards with tasting menu only and Gift Cards with menu and wine pairing included are available.

After your purchase, you will receive the Gift Card in pdf format to the email address provided within 24 hours.

Gift Cards that include a stay, experience in the wellness area or in
kitchen with the brigade are reserved for those over 18 years of age only. Those dedicated to serving lunch or dinner in restaurants adhere to different policies depending on the facility. We recommend that you review the “terms and conditions” page found on each Gift Card.

Gift Cards are in no way customizable, modifiable or creatable ex
novo as required.

If you purchase a Gift Card, you have 24 hours to make a name change by emailing the referring facility; you can find the addresses on the CONTACT page. If you are the beneficiary and received a Gift Card as a
gift, however, you can change your name at any time, again by emailing the individual facility.

Any cancellation or refund can be made no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Certainly, the two Gift Cards can be used at the same table without any problem.

When a Gift Card refers to the tasting menu only, the price is the same
that can be found on the menu page on the facility’s website.
In the event that a Gift Card also contains wine pairing, the price will be higher.
